Dr Manish Chitnis has been a healthcare professional for over 30 years, specialising in Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry. Extensively worked across the UK and India with multiple Dental Clinics, he launched his five Dental Practices - Dental Concepts - in UK and India. All providing advanced and best in class treatment combined with a unique patient experience.
He is also the co-founder of Dental Business Masters (DBM), a Business Management Program to help dentists understand the nuances of dental business and enhance their practice. Dr Manish Chitnis is proud to have trained over 10,000 plus as a mixture of short courses and the year-long DBM program.

Barbara Pearce is a passionate business woman and a champion in her knowledge of Dental Compliance. She has been a crucial key in developing the software with the team, guiding and structuring the jobs for all staff roles and nurturing the onboarding process for new, prospective clients of Denttrack.
Not only is she the Business Development Manager for Denttrack but she is also a successful Managing Director for her own company ‘Dental Business Support’ and a Business Advisor Consultant for all the Dental Concepts Groups. She prides herself on delivering dedicated, professional Dental Support. With a wealth of knowledge and over 15 years experience, she tailors all her support and your experience to the needs of business owners and their priorities.
Jo Russell
Denttrack Consultant
Having spent over 35 years in dentistry, Jo has served 7 years in the Royal Naval Dental Branch and then as an area manager with a large corporate looking after 16 practices in London and the South. After having her children she qualified as a teacher and also gained a distinction in her NEBOSH Health and Safety.
Jo has spent 18 years lecturing all aspects of CPD both nationally and internationally. She is a key opinion leader for the likes of Hu-Freidy and has recently lectured on infection control for in Jeddah and Bangladesh. Jo balances her time with carrying out and maintaining compliance for dental practices in England for those who request her services and lecturing inhouse, nationally and internationally.
Alexandra Read
Denttrack Consultant
Alex began her journey as a Trainee Dental Nurse in 2004 and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2006. She also gained Dental Reception and Treatment Coordination experience. She discovered she had a talent for training the dental team and became a qualified Dental Nurse Tutor and Assessor in 2009.
An opportunity arose alongside this, to gain experience as a Practice Manager/CQC Registered Manager. It was in this role that she discovered her love for all things compliance and when Covid hit and practices struggled to come to terms with the ever changing regulations, she decided to offer her support as a Dental Compliance Consultant. Alex ensures that Denttrack resources remain current with the ever changing regulations and guidelines, and fully supports practices in all things compliance.

Mangesh is a Projects Manager through and through.
He specialises in IT Project Management and stakeholder management - always leading with proactivity and innovation and a keen eye for detail & foresight to problems or risks.
He is the strategic and creative flair to Denttrack, ensuring consistent alignment in every aspect of the Technology he has slowly and closely nurtured since day one. Self motivated, technically astute and strategically focused.
